Drawing 6 of 8 for a Horrorhound Magazine article. The writer requested we use all of the new versions of the famous monsters hence this Rob Zombie Michael instead of the old Nick Castle one. The Jason was from Freddy vs. Jason and I will be doing Leatherface next and it will be the remake Leatherface as opposed to good ol Gunnar Hansen. Them's the breaks I guess but I would rather stick the OGs.

I like the remake, in my opinion Rob Zombie did a great job with it! And this picture is a great tribute to this movie!!! :P

I liked the remake too. But being that the original Halloween is one of my all time favorite films, I'd have prefered drawing the original Michael.

I watched the remake before I watched the original movies. I think this was the better way because then I couldn't be dissapointed that much than a true fan, eh!? Because I heard from loads of fans and maniacs that they hate/don't like the remake.

Of course, almost every remake is bit different than the original movie but I really think that Rob Zombie did a great job with his interpretation of the old movies. Tayler Mane is the biggest Michael Myers ever and I like the way he showed his past, when he was a kid and why he started to wear masks. Or THE mask.

Now I can't wait to see the remake of "Friday the 13th" :P

ABout 90 minutes to draw it, about 2 hours to color it. Close to 4 hours overall.
