My favorite Stephen King short story and one of the best film adaptations of King's work ever produced. A friend of mine on myspace earlier today forwarded the drawing to MIST director Frank Darabont through his e-mail and Darabont really liked it. He pretty much said Wow, and that is was really f'n cool. He said he love the compostition most of all. Always great to hear those kinds of things from the one's who inspired you in the first place.
I agree that this is a great movie. I have yet to read the short story, but I watched the movie over the weekend, and I just keep going back to it. I love the way you captured these characters. Very nice work!
Its amazing how you captured the characters emotions in this drawing. Norm kind of draws my atention to his area of the picture. I remember reading this and thinking "They should make this into a movie" then later that day hearing they were making into a film and then came the anticipation. Once again amazing work!
O.O You captured the characters so well... I'm speechless. I loved both the book and the movie adaptation, and the ending shocke me into tears. It struck me as one of the saddest endings I've ever seen in a movie, and I was shocked to actually hear Stephen King say he loved it (if yo've seen the seond disc).

I loved this movie when I watched it, and I'm really glad that you drew this (and extremely impressed, as I always am when I see someone draw realistic-looking people, since I can't ever really manage that).
I was especially happy to see that you drew Norm, who I liked (even though he was merely the first character with a name to die). I was sad when Norm died. I'm still in denial over it(my imagination has decided that one of the other people died instead. Yep, that's what happened!).
I loved this, and hope you draw more in the future! (I will now cease my random stream of senseless babble.)
It was a great portrayal to a movie, even though I definetly prefer the book ending to the movie ending, and this is an amazing picture. Favorite part was with the flamthrower granny.
